I can't handle it, Saylor is TOO PRECIOUS! I loved photographing Saylor in her home with her older brother & sister. It was a few weeks after she was born, as I was gone for my wedding, but she did great for not liking sleep! I love so many images I captured from this session! Mya's 2 Year Sneak Peak

 

Look who is 2!! I have photographed Mya since she was a newborn & it has been so great to watch her grow up to be the silly, smart & adorable little girl that she is. It was a perfect morning in Ames for Mya's session, however she was not having it! Haha she did not want to get her photographs taken, but you wouldn't know it from the photographs I captured. Macklyn's Newborn Sneak Peak

Welcome to the world Miss Macklyn, you are precious in every way! This particular session was special to me, because Morgan & I were friends from the very beginning of preschool & now she has this precious baby girl. Mackyln was by far the smallest newborn I have photographed at just 5 pounds & only 6 days new! Congratulations Morgan & Aaron on your beautiful girl!

Isaac's 3 Month Sneak Peak

Isaac is probably the most excited Cyclone fan at just 3 months old! The fun fact about this session, is Isaac is wearing the ISU outfit from their announcement I photographed last fall on the campus as well! Can she get any {CUTER}? I have loved photographing Kendall as she grows, she is full of sunshine & happiness! Finley's Newborn Sneak Peak

I had the honor of photographing Mr. Finley at just 5 days {NEW} He is absolutely perfect & I can't wait to watch this little guy grow up! I think he will enjoy the outdoors as he gets older as he did awesome during our outdoor setting, but it wasn't a different story inside. Thanks to B. Edel Family Sneak Peak

It was a gorgeous morning in Ames for Ashlee & Colby's family session with the newest addition little miss Isabelle! I was excited to meet her & can't wait to see her again soon. Speechless, on how perfect this couple was to photograph. I definitely started my wedding season off perfect! It was the most beautiful day & with an outdoor wedding at Prairie Moon Winery in Ames. I also got the chance to photograph them on Central Campus at Iowa State for their "first look".

I have loved working with this couple from meeting them for the first time during their engagement session to meeting before the wedding to discuss details & than photographing their perfect day! I had the a difficult time choosing only a few to share {which you can see I added a few more than I usually do} as I had a perfect couple with a perfect location.  Congratulations on your wedding Alyssa & Jared!

Kendall's 6 Month Sneak Peak

 

Where did the time go!?!? I can't believe Kendall is already 6 Months Old & she is even more beautiful as day 1. Not only was this session special & fun because Kendall will be my niece in 115 days but because we used my backyard for the session! It is such a beautiful location for children photograph this time of year and all through summer! Enjoy your sneak peak & I can't wait for her 9 Month session, she will be on the move than!

I was excited to photograph Penelope again for her 3 Month session! She did so much better than her Newborn Session & love how these turned out! I enjoy being able to catch up with my client, especially when they are friends of mine! Penelope is getting so big already & developing her fun adorable personality! Reed & Harper's Sneak Peak

 

 What a perfect spring day in April, I couldn't have asked for better weather! I loved getting to meet Michelle & her adorable children Reed & Harper for their session.
Reed kept me on my feet, but I loved every minute {Children are filled with energy & the last thing they want to do is sit still} I got the best photograph of him while he was sitting next to me in the grass because he wanted to sit next to me, however didn't understand I couldn't take his photograph that way so I told him to stay put for one last shot, & it was perfect!
Harper is just the most precious little girl who warmed up to me quickly {they both did for that matter} She enjoyed getting her photograph taken while Reed was running around like a boy. These two together where priceless though & I hope to photograph them again in the future! Enjoy your sneak peak!

Isaac's Newborn Sneak Peak

 

 

 I think we have the next Superman star! What do you think?!? I was so excited to get this new crocheted item from Bethany with B. Snuggled just for Isaac's Newborn Session.
I can't say it enough, oh how I adore baby yawns, they are just so precious, not to mention we even got several little smiles/smirks from this handsome fella during the session. Not to mention look at all that hair, he is so handsome!! I was honored to photograph Isaac's Newborn Session, since he has a special place in my heart, he is my best friend's nephew! Its always fun photographing newborns, but especially when you know the whole family. I can't wait to photograph him as he grows, I wonder if he will inherit his daddy's accent ;) he sure looks like him! Congratulations again you two, he is perfect!

Ethan's 3 Month Sneak Peak

I had the honor of photographing my friend's two kids, Brayden & Ethan. I was so excited to see Ethan again since I haven't seen him since Vanessa was on Maternity leave. He is just too cute!
Who doesn't love a sleepy baby rubbing their eyes, I know I do! I think this little guy will be a heart breaker with that hair & those eyes! I can't wait to photograph Ethan & his brother Brayden more in the future & watch them grow.  Enjoy the sneak peak & be sure to look for Brayden's Sneak Peak!

Brayden's 2 1/2 Sneak Peak

I was honored to photograph my friend's two sons, Brayden & Ethan. Brayden was so funny during his session & couldn't sit still very long! He was keeping us all on our toes, but I got some amazing photographs of this handsome little man! Mya's 18 Month Session

 

  have enjoyed watching Mya grow over these past 18 months & can't wait to photograph her more! She has developed an adorable personality & her new thing is "no" to everything & even blew a kiss during the session!
I love being able to travel as a photographer to my clients homes/hometown, because I am able to photograph in new locations with some amazing backgrounds. We went to a museum for Mya's 18 Month Session, which is also the location that her parents had their wedding photographs taken which I love!
Also a huge thank you to my friend Krysta, Mya's aunt to join us to entertain her during the session!
