Mya's 9 Month Sneak Peak

I can't get enough of this adorable girl!! Miss Mya always seems to be crabby the day of her sessions, but we are always able to make the best out of our time & I think having her mom & aunt Krysta being silly really did the trick this time!
I was so excited to be able to do the session in my very own backyard which I think was a perfect location for Mya, they turned out amazing, I had such a hard time picking a few to show for the sneak peak!
Photographing children is one of my favorite things, because you get to seem they grow up & watch their personalities grow, its always such a blast! Thanks for letting me photograph Mya in my backyard this session & I can't wait for her 1 year session!

Smajd "I do" Sneak Peak

The first wedding of the season was a success! I absolutely love the "The Barnes Place near Adel, it is just gorgeous even with rain. They say rain on your wedding day brings good luck so this couple will have plenty of it! I enjoyed getting to know Megan & Paul better over the year between the engagement session & wedding, they are an amazing couple & I can't wait to see where life takes them. Congratulations again you two!

Lucy's 6 Month Old Sneak Peak

How cute is Lucy?!? I love being able to photograph children as they grow, because I get to see their personalities change & grow as well. She was such a smiley happy little girl this session & I love photographing her! And I don't know about anyone else but are those not the cutest yoga pants for a baby?!? Krysta & Grant's Engagement Sneak Peak

I had the honor of photographing Krysta & Grant's engagement session this past Sunday around Iowa State's Campus! I couldn't be more excited for them to tie the knot in Florida in less than a month! I was roomates with Krysta for a couple years in Ames & I was excited to photograph their engagment session, since I am not able to travel to Florida due to another wedding booking, but I wish I could be there :)It was a beautiful day temperture wise for early March, however we had to deal with some strong winds!Congratualtions again Krysta & Grant, enjoy your sneak peak!
